Dancing In The Wind series is inspired by an imagery of butterflies dancing in the breeze at light. The creative process of making is experimental yet intuitive. Paint layers were repeatedly added and removed in an attempt to articulate mixed emotions through mark-making techniques. The work further explores Clara's interest in the intersection between tactility and visual art. The abstract nature of this series serves to provide room for interpretation by the viewers.
